Reflect and Project – By Rev. Ricky McClatchie

New Year’s Greetings to all our credential workers and family. As we commence this time of prayer and fasting in the month of January 2020 let us pause for a while and reflect on what we were able to accomplish as individuals, churches and as a district with the help of our heavenly Father last year. For some, 2019 may have been a difficult and challenging year, but thanks to almighty God for he always causes us to triumph in Christ Jesus. Yes! Victory truly belongs to Jesus!
On behalf of the District Executive we would like to express our gratitude to all our dedicated workers, pastoral and non-pastoral for your contribution to the successes realized in 2019. Indeed, it has been a great honour working together with you all. Our God has truly brought us a long way, but we have not arrived yet. There are yet many more mountains to climb and more giants to slay as we seek to grow to greatness.
Remember, a museum is a great place to visit but not a nice place to live. So, as we reflect on our past accomplishments let us project ourselves in 2020 with a mind to work. My prayer is that the Holy Spirit will empower us all to reap the end time harvest. May God grant us spiritual endurance to assiduously fight the good fight of faith in 2020.

Prosper and Prevail!
